So let me see if I understand this.
I place an order on Sunday night, I choose to pay extra, for FedEx next business day air, to my CC billing address, and where I have placed an order with delivery to said address less than a month ago.
You confirm that all items are in stock, twice. (shopping cart page, as well as the in stock validation).
You then ignore my order, leaving it at credit card validation for two days. I called in this afternoon, to see what was going on. According to the person I spoke with in web customer support on the phone it''s because you''re "too busy" to process it or call the company to validate the shipping address (that you used less than a month ago).
Now that you''ve finally deigned to process the credit card, one of the parts that was double confirmed stock isn''t in stock? I might futher add that the video card was the only part that I really needed urgently, and the only part that wasn''t on sale for a comparable price locally.
I think at the very least, you should refund the shipping charge.
Why would I ever want to do business with you again? No part of this order has been in any way acceptable, I am completely dissatisfied with what passes for customer service at NCIX. I''m also somewhat amused to see that in my past tickets, I got stuck on CC validation back in 12/2005. Were you too busy to process the order then too?

Why is my order stuck on credit card validation?
I'm shipping to my home address, which is also the billing address and I have a substantial amount of available credit.
What's going on?
