You Sun
First off I'd like to say that I dont think I ever talked to you with Jessica and Jessie last year until you decided to run for president. On top of that the very fact that we have two presidents was your idea in the first place. I was NEVER for splitting up the leadership in the Interact. Based on that, I feel that there are a lot of parts where you need to work on. As president you need to be aware of what is going on. You need to go find projects to do or places to volunteer. So far I have let you do whatever you please and that's resulted to pretty much nothing. So far I have come up with the now two events that we are to do as well as communications with teachers and members. If I were to say let you send out the e-mails a lot of information would be lost. For example there was just one simple line on the e-mail you sent out today. I had to quickly send out a new one to re-inform and clarify the things you said. There was no mention of the incentive (pizza) no clarification of the new schedule for the day and absolutely no mention of bringing new members, which we HAD gone over the previous week because there was to be pizza. In addition you need to communicate with the rest of the board including Jin and Liane about what we are doing. This year like last year I feel that we only need one president to run the Interact Club. Even though its more responsibility it saves the hassle of wasting time bringing a second party up to date. Your problem is you aren't listening to the member. A prime example is the water fund raising idea. The entire club did not respond well to it yet you kept trying to push it onto them. I have heard that project brought up 4 or 5 times since we heard it at the Interact Day last year. Each time nobody has supported it. I think I am doing a good job as I am and if you wish to contribute then contribute. But I will proceed with the activities that I have started to draw up.

If you are going to connect this to the board meeting it is an entirely different case. It does not effect the club as a whole therefore each president can take the initiative on the activities they have begun or been contacted about for signing up. Calling board meetings involves the leadership and therefore needs to be talked about by the board. Projects are also easier to plan singularly.
