Now that Silent has some help with PHP pages, I will hand this project over to him....
Can we create a status board similar to the player count one that we have now that will show the number of tickets for each server?
I was starting to teach myself PHP to see how it could be done, but since we already have someone for that maybe they can do it a lot faster then it will take me to learn it.
Should be as easy as a select count(*) from <server>.gm_tickets (in SQL language anyway).
I believe the table is still called gm_tickets, but I haven't been on my test box in a while to look at the SQL.
We could either have a status page that only the staff would have a link to, or we could make it public like the player count so players can see just how busy we are at times.
