would like to post a official complaint about the voting process being tainted by outside sources who are no longer RA.i dont think vamplestat3 app should be denied i think the whole vote should be thrown out.people who are no longer RA should have no bearing on the voting process and i have been informed by a number of sources that it most definately happened.BE FAIR

Tainted by outside sources? I think if people ask about a person applying, and obtain character infromation as to whom and what kind of person they are, is quite acceptable, if not recommended. However if you mean non-members, or members without appropriate rank and what not being allowed to vote, that is wrong yes.
I hope its the first, not the latter....

im talking about non ra posting on her intro thread as well as current ra members suddenly taking up this person who is NOT a ra member anymore view to lead a no vote in senate voting.thats tainted and biased and not acceptable

Ah I see, except not quite, since I'm not a noble, or a Senate and therefor are not privy to such votes. In which case, isn't this in the wrong spot? Since the nature of the topic has to do with something out of our sphere of knowledge and influence?
In either case with respect to the intro post, that's all it is, an intro post. The purpose of course, to say hello to the clan, give people an idea as to what you are, so that those voting on her application have more than a few yes/no answers and breif descriptions of RS game, and clan involvement. Intro's show character, which either aids or impedes ones application, so why not let others put their two cents in in support or protest (assuming it's done appropriately).
Lastly, another avenue to look at is, maybe those who are no longer RA... were at one point, when they posted their message... couldn't that be a possibility as well? Now since they've left, their post still remains...
Again, I can't speak for what's not available to me, nor can anyone else, which is why I think this should be adressed in the boards the issue is in, especially if this issue is not present to the majority reading it.

Actually it has to do with the clan as a whole in my book. your debating it just to debate it when you dont even know or are privy to the whole issue.
I know the kaisers know what im talking about since it was one last night that totaly agreed with me and yes i think it desearves to be out in front of the rest of the clan when itas a few senate + doing it. they should know the rulles and follow them better then us lowly nobles eh?

be fair.
how do u know the people that voted, voted on their own opinion or someone elses.
i saw someone in a previous topic talk about favourtism, or helping their friends. i have no objection to helping a friend but you can't really deny/judge a poll o.O especially when you can't see it, what people have posted on it and you don't know what the voters think.
im not sure if i understand this situation fully, but that's just how i interpreted it

Alright I will make it clearer for everyone then. This is the situation:
There was a vote obviously of Vamp coming back in. A person had a post, and all it was made up of was quotes of someone who is out of the clan's opinion of the person and getting back in.
To me that is wrong. First off if you agree with the opinion that you are posting, then don't quote them, you should put it in your own words. We ask you for your own opinion since you are a voter, not anyone who has really no relevance of how this vote ends. Also take in mind that this vote is for deciding for the whole clan as well as the community itself inside the clan. In all fairness, that shouldn't be allowed.

Thanks for explaining it better.
Im not doing this just because the person happens to be my friend. ive had friends voted in and some denied and that was ok. but in this case the influence on the vote was blatant and obvious thats all im saying.

Don't exactly see how posting this helps the situation at all, but I suppose our boards can't go without some sort of drama.
