Hello, we are Galactic Bell, a group of private contractors doing telephone technical support for computer related problems. You can get general computer tech support ranging from hardware issues to re-installing and upgrading your PC. Our techs have years of experience to help get your through your computer crisis in a timely manner as we understand how hard life can be to those who rely on their computers for work and everyday living. We offer our services on a per contract basis. Each call is a separate contract that is invoice billed. All customers have 30 days to make payment before defaulting on the contract. There are 3 categories for contracts. Low Priority is 20$ per call, Medium Priority is 40$ per call, and High Priority is is an hourly basis starting at 40$ for the initial first hour and then 10$ per hour thereafter. Priority choice is decided by the type of crisis. Low is an average call situation. Medium is for a more thorough call involving more system detailing. High is for time consuming situations that will take more then an hour to complete. Our techs are on call 24 hours a day 7 days a week. (213) 514-5322
