Hey Aaron,

I'm glad you enjoy our products so much, and I am very sorry to hear that the Airclick has broken on you. If you will supply me with your name, address, and telephone number, I will send you an email that will give you instructions on how to send it back to us. As soon as I receive it, I will replace it with a new one.

Best regards,

JR

Question:
Hey Griffin,

First off, I'm a huge fan who thinks that my PowerMate, Airclick USB, and radioSHARK should be bundled with computers because they are very much a part of my life. I applaud you for making products that just work, much like Apple.

Unfortunately, that isn't the topic of this email. Less than a year ago (so it's still under warranty) I bought an Airclick USB from my local Apple Store, and was very happy with it. That is, until the two plastic pieces that hold the USB connector in place broke. I was very disappointed at myself, because I take pride in keeping all my technology in the best shape possible. And what's more, 3 of the 4 wires are frayed inside, rendering the Airclick useless.

I was wondering if this would be covered under warranty, as it was handled under normal, careful usage.

If there's anything you can do, I'd appreciate a reply.

Thanks for making awesome products!
