Recently we have been having more and more staff go inactive which leads to having staff accounts that are only being occassionally refreshed but not actively used. I have taken the liberty of blocking access to staff accounts that have not been logged into for over a month. [u]This is not a firing of staff[/u], simply a blocking of inactive staff access accounts to prevent unauthorized use in the staff members absense.
One of our current concerns is overall staff availability. Gauging the availability of staff is proving difficult because of the overwhelming number of staff accounts that exist but are only being periodically refreshed.
If you need to take time off from Demise, don't be afraid to speak up. Having to go away to focus on studies, work, or family for 6 months does not mean that you will be fired from staff; so please don't be afraid to let the rest of us know. That being said, if you aren't actively staffing at the present time, you don't need an active staff account. In addition to this, once you are available to come back and actively staff Demise, you are undoubtedly welcome back with open arms. Simply post a message to the staff forums or contact me via PM to let me know and I will unblock your staff account.
