==============
Basic skills are the fundamental skill and capacities that the Code Caster needs in order to gain knowledge in the coding arts. These form the baic elements of Code Casting.
Skill: Variable (7)
Type: Basic
Description: This basic skill gives the caster the knowledge of data, giving him the power to create variables as well as to control their existence and visibility.
1. Memory - Gain knowledge of the fundamental memory concepts
2. Declaration - Create a variable
3. Types - Gain knowledge of the different kinds of variables
4. I/O - Display and acquire data
5. Solve - Perform operations on data
6. Scope and Storage - Put limits on variables
7. Constant - Create immortal variables
Skill: Function
Type: Basic
Description: This basic skill allows the caster to create functions to serve the caster, performing various tasks, manipulating data, or acquire information.
1.
Skill: Object (7)
Type: Basic
Description: This basic skill gives the caster the power to create objects, entities that contain both variables and functions. This allows the caster to conveniently wrap information and task in a single component to be used and reused later in other spells. This basic skill is the foundation of more advanced learning later on.
1. Objectify - Understand the object-view of the softworld
2. Classes - Create objects from classes
3. Task - Use functions to implement tasks and behaviors
4. Attribute - Use variables to describe attributes
5. Construct - Use ctors to properly create objects
6. Deconstruct - Use dtors to properly destroy objects
7. Separate - Divide code into manageable and reusable parts
===========
Control skills allows the caster to exert his power and influence the flow of the spell, creating alternate paths. This makes it possible to code more complex spells by stacking and nesting these skills.
