Bonus points: (Not required)
* Bonus points if it looks cool without being over-the-top or wildly colored. Note that I'm boring and don't like things to be too weird (usually). This isn't a requirement since creativity is great, but I'm just hinting at my preference now so you won't be shocked at the winner. -- Maybe 1/2 credit here? Page is not cool, but doesn't use over-the-top or wildy colors. :)
See some of the inspiration URLs at the end of this post. -- CHECk!
* Bonus points if it's very easy for new users to find what they need. -- CHECK! If you can't find what you need here, you're blind! :)
* Bonus points if you use CSS, are light on javascript and flash, and pass the major HTML/CSS validators. -- CHECK!!
