Start off by walking/teleporting to Rellaka. Head Southeast of the entrance to Rellaka and look for General Khazard. He does not show up on the map and likes to walk around a bit, so can be a bit tricky to find. He is around this general area.

Once you find him, talk to him and when you get to the first option choose “Uh, well, you don't really have eyes so how can you tell?". The go through the dialog until you get to another choice and choose “I'm a very trustworthy person."
He will tell you to go talk to Sin Seer.

Go to Seers Village and withdraw 40gp from the bank. Then go to the house with the spinning wheel in it and talk to Sin Seer.

Speak to her and choose the “Bribe” option. Just go through the text, and then at the end agree to give her the money. She will give you a note.

Head back to General Khazard and he will tell you to go see four of his scouts and give them a message of ‘great importance’. They are located at:
• Directly south of the Shanty Pass
• Northeast of Draynor farming patch
• Southeast of Tai Bwo Wannai
• Directly south of the gnome stronghold entrance gate.

Head back to General Khazard once again and you will tell him the message the last scout told you. He will then tell you where to claim your reward:

Head over to the cave entrance just outside the fishing guild and head to the far most North-Eastern room in the cave. Pot up and put your armour on, he's not that hard but lower levels should watch out. After you think you're ready head through the crack and you will see a very short cut scene.

Attack Bouncer, he isn’t too hard and once he is low in HP you will throw the severed limb for him and he will chase it. Then you automatically run up and finish him off.
Congratulations, you have completed the mini-quest and received the Shadow Sword.
