Due to the amount of requests I'm getting on my blog for the widget and bs plugin, I have had to refer users git://people.freedesktop.org/~mike/(widget / bs) respectively. Recently, I found out that because of the build process used, these plugins tend to invalidate most compiz-installation scripts, which can be a real pain for some users. I had an idea recently to host these two plugins on opencompositing.org with a modified Makefile (So that build-processes will not break build-scripts), and some modified metadata (To intergrate better with CompizConfig Settings Manager). All I need to be able to do this after my git account is fixed is for you to agree with my proposal. The agreement will be under these conditions :
a) Your original plugins will not be modified in any way
b) I will take no credit for these plugins
c) I will try to merge your changes into the opencompositing.org repository as soon as I can or when the are pushed into your repo.
