The Organisation is a private for profit health product manufacturer. There are two people working at the organisation, Martin who is the head director and John who is the accountant. Martin works every day where as john works some days only.

The problem is that after a recent failure of a computer martin is now aware the information system does not have a proper backup method. He did have an external drive set to clone C: and E: however due to the nature of the software some files were unfortunately lost. He has inquired about using a Server for his organisation.
