Ok here's my guide to crafting ((Level 50 to 80) made just for Neven, but others may use it :P)
[b]Getting up from Level 50 to 57 (the start of Green D'hide):[/b]
Ok getting from level 50 to 57 is about 100k exp. Here is what I suggest:[list=1]
[*]Getting lots of gold and making all of the gems you have (make the best jewelry you can, meaning do amulets if your the level for it).
[*]Once you run out of gems, if you can, mine some at the Shilo Village rocks until your atleast 52 crafting.
[*]If you have any silver, make them into tiaras (remember, ALL exp helps).
[*]Now from here, you can either keep getting more gems, or buy/kill cows for hides (not highly recommended).
[*]---- If you buy hide from 52 to 57 (about 80k exp), it will cost approximately 330k (2.1k hides at 150gp each) Make LEATHER COIFS if you do this.
[*]---- If you do gems, I calculated that you would have to get ABOUT 1.2k gems (IF you make most, if not, all of them into amulets).
[*]-------- Yes I know, neither are going to be fun.. but trust me, the hard part is now, getting up to the good stuff. It will all pay out in the end.
[*]Just do whatever you think is best, to get to 57.
[/list][b]Getting up from Level 57 to 63 (Getting to Full Green D'hide)[/b]
Ok for this you need about 165k exp. Here is what I suggest:[list=1]
[*]Ok you have now level 57 Crafting, so you can make Green Vambs. Well don't get too excited just yet. The only GOOD way of getting exp from the vambs is if you kill the dragons yourself. But this is also a good opportunity to get up your prayer and combat up, so if your wanting to increase those levels, then killing green dragons is the way for you.
[*]To get from 57 to 63 from Green hides, I would suggest doing all vambs until your level 63 (Green bodies). If you do it this way, it will take about 2.6k Green hides.
[*]---- Now now, I know getting all of those hides sounds like a pain in the @%$. Well it's going to be, but you have to realise that crafting isn't suppose to be easy to get up :P You just have to get it in intervals, be patient, work hard, and most importantly, believe in yourself :D
[*]Ok now I'm sure your thinking you should make the better armour because it gives more exp per hide, well surprisingly, it doesn't. All of the armour gives you the same exp per hide. Ok well I'm suggesting making vambs only, instead of chaps, because it alcs more per hide. Each Green vamb alcs for 1,500gp each, well the chaps alc for 2,340gp each, which is only 1,170gp each hide. I also suggest mining the ess to make nats to alc the vambs. This way you can make the most money possible doing this and still get quite a bit exp in several skills.
[*]Ok now this isn't a very good option, but if you would rather not kill dragons, you can always buy/kill more cow hides or get gems. I'm not going to say how many you need because I doubt anyone will go this way :P
[/list][b]Getting up from Level 63 to 71 (Getting to Full Blue D'hides)[/b]
You need aout 445k exp for this. Now I now this may seem like alot, but trust me it isn't, I need more then this for just 1 level :P. Anyways, here's what I suggest:[list=1]
[*]Ok this is where it starts to get easier. Remember all those Green vambs you made? Well if you haven't already, alc them all. You should now have about 4m from that. With this money, you can now start buying hides and not lose any money.
[*]Ok what you do, is go to world 2, just northwest of the bank, and you buy green hides. You spend 1.5k each hide, and ONLY that amount. Well you may spend upto 1540 each (that makes it so you break even if you mine the ess and make nats for alcing).
[*]Just get as many hides as you can, but remember to keep money for tanning! Do this pretty much all the way to 71, and you can make some blue hides to if you like, but it's hardly much more exp then the green hides.
[*]Making green bodies all the way to 71 will take about 7.2k hides(10.8m total). Now if you do as I said (buy at 1.5k each and mine the ess and make the nats yourself), you will make about a 300k profit. Now I know that doesn't seem much for all of those hides, but just think, that much could get you about 200 more hides. EVERY bit of money helps.
[/list][b]Getting up from Level 71 to 80 (Getting to Glory Amulets)[/b]
Ok now your at the home stretch. This is where it gets fairly easy. You can now buy and make both Green and Blue D'hide Bodies. It will take about 1.2m exp.[list=1]
[*]Just pretty much do the same thing you did to get 71, but this time you can buy blue hides and make them into bodies.
[*]---- For blue hides, spend 1.8k each. This allows you to get 72gp profitper hide, which is a little bit more then the green hides.
[*]You can decide to either buy both hides, or just buy greens, I would not recommend doing only blues. And what I have noticed from buying hides, if you say your buying both hides (don't say the prices) after buying, you get about an average of 1 and 1/2 to 2 times more green then blue hides.
[*]---- So based on that, it will take about 18.4k hides total (about 11k Green and 7k Blue). Yes I know that sounds like a ton of work, but you will get used to the routine for a while (well atleast I have :P)
[*]All while doing this, continue to make the gems you get from randoms and stuff, and make other peoples gems into things. Remember, EVERY little bit of exp counts.
[/list]-So after doing all of that crafting, going from the 4m (from the first Green hides you got), you should now have about 5.2m, a 1.2m profit, an TONS of exp.

Ok now since I was bored, I calculated how much mining, runecrafting, and magic exp you would get if you did just about exactly what I suggested :P :
Mining: 128k exp
Runecrafting: 230k exp
Magic: 1.6m exp

P.S.- for the mining and runecrafting, I suggest doing about 1k at a time once you buy the hides. So your routine would be:[list=1]
[*]Buy hides
[*]Tan hides
[*]Craft hides
[*]Mine 1k ess
[*]Make 1k nats
[*]Alc
[/list]And repeat that over and over until desired level.
