*edited* helped us carry the food up – he works in Data Publishing, but he is out for a few days. I believe the receptionist at the front desk could help point you in the right direction for where they keep it.

Who was it and where does he work?
“The gentleman who helped us carry food up. I didn’t get his name, sorry.”
Thank you,

The gentleman who helped us carry food up. I didn’t get his name, sorry.
On my way down for paperclips.
Thank you,

As far as I know, I do not have a handtruck. Do you know who got it for you?
Someone who worked in HR before me had a field day ordering office supplies – I have plenty of paperclips down here. Please come down and get some. At one point, we gave 3 boxes of unused supplies to a school supply drive and still had too many left over.

hr person,
Yes, we do need paper clips, small and large; that’s all I can think of at this moment.
Someone else got the handtruck for me and said it belonged in your old office, so I’m not sure where that is.
Thank you,
me

Good morning.
I’ll get them ordered. Do you know of anything else that needs to be ordered?
Also – when we carried the food trays upstairs last week, you brought a handtruck into my office – do you remember where you borrowed it?

Good morning, hr person,
T is requesting a box of 100 1/3 cut, letter size manila file folders; the item number in the corporate express catalogue on my desk (which is dated 2003) is SMDH163.
Thank you,
me
