Thanks for writing to Amazon.ca with your concern.

I realize that you have been greatly inconvenienced by this
situation. Please accept my sincere apologies for any inconvenience
that it may have caused.

I've confirmed that your order for the new Harry Potter book was
shipped in time for delivery on Saturday, July 21.

I'm sorry to hear that you have not yet received this package. I do
understand your frustration in this regards.

Because your order qualified for Saturday delivery and you did not
receive the book on Saturday, I have requested a refund for the
book's cost, CDN$22.50 . This amount should appear as a credit on
your next credit card billing statement.

If you have still not received the package by the close of business
on July 25, please contact us again using the following link and we
will send a replacement copy of the book to you right away.

I hope that you will give us another opportunity to prove the
quality of our service to you.

Thank you for your understanding. We appreciate your business and
hope to see you again soon at Amazon.ca.
