Hey,

We want to create an internal fault tracking system within 1st line, as part of an experiment to cement ownership of faults within teams. Currently Zebras implementation of this does not allow fault tracking in the manner we want.

The idea behind how this will work is similar to how zebra currently operates in some respects, it will periodicly pole BT's raw data from actuate, then update its database accordingly.

The problem we are having is how to access the raw data. I am told that all the data that zebra uses to update itself come from an XML feed, but this feed is on a server that is not accessible by ourselves.

After talking to Steven Hill, I have found that Zebra can display the raw data from BT (Admin -> BT Actuate Raw Data). This contains all the information that I require, but reading it, in its current form is not really feasible, as it's embedded in a lot of HTML. Steven mentioned that it may be possible to create a web service within Zebra, which would expose the data through an XML feed, or similar, which we can then use.

I was wondering if it would be possible to discuss this at some point
