I can see clearly now the rain has gone, I can see all the obstacles in my way.
Hey, maybe not. Hi, I’m Scorpio3667. This is my first suggestion, and hopefully it becomes most successful.
Have you ever wondered when Party Pete sleeps for the hardcore partying upon him the next day? Do you ever wish that the Wise Old Man was that vulnerable to pickpocket his Partyhat? Well you’re in the right place!
My title says it all; ‘Day and Night’ is self explanatory. What I propose is to perhaps apply our day and nights to RuneScape.
Each world will have a time set, and you can view it as it will be just to the left of your compass. These times will represent the timezones in each world, this will also adapt to the feature ‘Day and Night’ also.
This could be far from plausible, however with a few suggestions, it can be plausible, indeed.
- NPC’s falling to sleep
NPC’s can fall to sleep, with little “z’s” flowing from their heads, however if your doing a quest, you can wake them up. People may think this will be inefficient to people merchanting via NPC’s, you can right click them as usual, and they will still appear asleep in other people’s view.
- Dark Night, Bright Lights
Make RuneScape Dark, which would make day and night more believable. Perhaps some of the lights on buildings can supply us with light. This will not effect your normal gaming as usual. If you want a further light source, use a candle or lantern, however this will not effect your space in your inventory. Just withdraw one, and click ‘night-use’ and it will disappear with the effect of light above you.
- Sunset, Sunrise
One of my personal favourites, Sunset and Sunrise refers to the sun rising from the east and setting in the west. This will supply us with light in the day.
- The sound of the night
Ever heard the sound of crickets browsing the night sky?
All viewers suggestions, constructive criticism and support is appreciated. Thanks!
