I have never been made aware of any complaints regarding this issue.
I do actually have a relationship (though not a particularly good one) with the site being mentioned (crimenation). Though they claim to be having spam problems, the main issue with their site is that the admins can't even be bothered to make sure the site works.... at all.
Aside from that, I have on numerous occasions helped the admins of that site fix bugs in their site (since it shares the same codebase with oilfight). I haven't sent any messages to that site for about 9 months. When I did, it was to show that the site was still exploitable via a bug that I gave them code to fix. Unfortunately they weren't very happy about this, so I stopped my efforts in that regards. The reason they believe that the spam continues is that all user id's in the system are sequential, and you can send messages to userid's that haven't registered yet. I am very surprised that they would bring this issue to you instead of to me, as they know how to contact me and I thought we'd reached an understanding a long time ago.
I will make an attempt to settle things between the owner and myself. I'm sorry for any problems this may be causing.
