1. The "svn: Can't create tunnel: The system cannot find the file specified. " error was remediated by editing the config file in Subversion as such:
*Open up C:\Documents and Settings\your username\Application Data\Subversion\config in notepad
* change the line "# ssh = $SVN_SSH" or whatever it is (under the tunnels section) to this: ssh = path/to/your/ssh/app
mine is: ssh = c:/program files/putty/plink
