I received your package today. I got a box with newspaper inside, and there were no pickups in it. I hope we can clear this up soon"
Him: "I am one million percent sure that those pickups were packed inside of that box. When I list an item to sell, after it is photographed, it is IMMEDIATELY boxed, weighed and dimension taken for shipping. I have sold dozens of items in the past seven years this way and NEVER had an instance where an item was mistakenly not boxed. It's impossible. They were boxed the same day the item was listed: 6/25/07 as well as the other five items I listed that day. I'm not sure what else to say. If for some strange and remote reason I had forgotten to box them and you brought this to my attention, I would IMMEDIATELY ship them out to you, with my deepest apologies, but I can't because I don't have them. Again, they were boxed on 6/25/07 and shipped out on 07/03/07. There is no way, again, no possible way, I forgot to pack those pickups inside that box. Impossible. Again, not sure what else I can say. "
Me: "Well I don't know what to say to you. I got a box with newspaper in it. I paid almost $100 for the pickups and I don't have them, you said that you take pictures of everything you ship I would like to see these pictures I will send you some of the box I got as well. Please I am a legit buyer and seller on ebay this is the first time that anything like this has happened to me so I don't know what to do."

I never stated that I took pictures of the item(s) while they were boxed. Never. I can forward you my original message again to verify that statement, if you would like. Sending me a picture back of an empty box would prove what? Bottom line, those pickups were boxed and shipped. 46 positive feedbacks as a seller and NEVER ONCE forgot to box an item. And I do also state as well as you, this has NEVER happened to me before as well. My feelings regarding this situation is that you feel you overpaid for these pickups and after thinking about it came up with the situation saying that I never boxed the item and shipped you an empty box so you could get your money back. Again, for the record I am one MILLION percent sure that those pickups were boxed and shipped. There is NO doubt in my mind! Again, IMPOSSIBLE!!! My only suggestion at this point is to contact Ebay and file a claim/dispute. Please, BY ALL MEANS, contact Ebay and file a claim/dispute!! I see no other practical way to resolve this. I will be more than willing to dispute this in the proper forum. I will surely supply Ebay with all correspondence, which includes messages between us and UPS tracking info to speed things up. Again, the item was BOXED, shipped and delivered. I don't know what maore I can say."
