On the other hand, it is possible that someone is abusively using my
service to access your websites. Such a thing is against the terms of
my service, and therefore, I would be interested in blocking that
abusive access, if it does in fact turn out to be the case. If,
looking through your logs, you believe this to be the case, please get
back with us as soon as possible with the following details so that we
can help track down the source of abuse:

The exact URLs that the abuser accessed
The exact times of these accesses
The exact ip address sources of these accesses.

Without the above information, it is impossible to track down any
abuse, since this is the information we have in our logs.

In any case, we can do one of the following things, depending what you
want me to do:

1) I can block users of my proxies from accessing any of the sites
hosted on your ip address.
2) I can block users of my service from accessing a particular url
that is being abusively accessed.
3) I can block the user abusing my service from accessing my service at all
4) I can leave things as is.

Any of these options may solve your problem, depending on what exactly
is going on. The fourth option makes the most sense in the likely case
that your firewall was erroneously flagging my traffic as abusive. If
the traffic did in fact turn out to be abusive, I can do any of the
first three options to mitigate this problem. The third option would
require you to get back to me with the above mentioned information, so
that I can find out who was abusing the service.

Please let me know how you would like to proceed.
