His words were "what, I'm not the sympathy train". ..saying that was just as good as a slap in the face. So.. I just don't wanna get my hopes up and have a friendship that isn't really going anywhere, get what I'm saying?

What further makes me feel this way is the fact that you and Oni seem to be getting along really well lately, and you don't really update your LJ anymore.. so.. yeah.

Maybe these feelings stem, not so much from the fact that you know us both personally (you undoubtedly don't know Oni any more than you do me), but the fact that you just want someone to care for. It could've been anyone and we were the last two friends of yours that were around often. I feel that it'd be in your best interest not to really pine over Oni, for your sake. As for me, I don't really feel I have a spot with you as friends anymore, because of the way you feel for him over the way I feel about him. I feel that gets everything I wanted to say off my chest.
