Believe me, I would have joined this project. I checked it often, I watched it for months. But there was no progress at all, just promises. I know that there a very skilled guys worked on it but still no useable result, even after more than a year meanwhile, it's a pitty but this are the facts. I waited as long as I could but my players are borred and every line code more put into wowemu is a waste of time. So no updates here to but a slow, outdated emu with very limited player number. Where on the other side antrix servers are online with like 1k ppl (I saw it myself now, even it were kiddies and an unplayable DB) having tons of new features and supporting lates patches and having very active development. I guess that's also the reason why it got famous and made lots of guys switchting to it although it's only like 2 months out.

basicly, atm it is very powerfull framework designed for speed and stability,

That maybe but it's the line which I read since first announcement of Ludmilla, so no point here. Sorry.

there was very little development going for last few months as devs were busy with exams and stuff.

Same here, that's why I can only slowly do things. Unfortnately it seems you need to have no work etc. to do the hard stuff quickly.

since you made very powerfull AI, i wanted to ask if u want to join the team and continue its development there and ofcourse other staff u are interested in...

I would but I can't. I have a server to administrate, to lead my remaining ppl in testing and to define the task and their priority. Just beside that I now have to learn that uber-l33t $prt->-bla->blubb*++ *= crash* super language.
On the other hand it can at least be compiled for Linux too, not that I would ever use Linux.
You are right about AI. I'Ve not given up that idea and I don't know how long it will take to do that with Antrix or whether I could finish it at all. Currently Antrix is like WoWEmu was in the beginning, you could play there but nearly everything is crap, starting from quests, over professions to AI. But unlike every other Emu it works and can hold tons of players. Furthermore it seems that the collision handling (walls etc.) with mobs also works better and PvP is rather speedy. Good start I think. As there is a DB in background there is a good chance to convert a lot of already done work to that.
What I mainly dislike are the guys working on it and it's "home" the emupedia. I don't think I need to explain why.
I also can't make any statements to the quality of code which is produced by the current devs. It's just the horse which I now bet on after resisting the MANGOS hype all the time.
Currently I even have no clue where to start to make it playable. In many aspects at least my WoWEmu setup was far ahead. I mean I really like my "artificially intelligent" warlock pets. I like that the hunter on my server can tame every animal but has a good challenge to get better one. Where here is nothing, just table for spells that pets - if they would work - might be able to get. But hey, now on Antrix wolves hunt rabbits, a feature that we always missed, didn't we?

reason why im so interested in yawe is cuz, theoreticaly it has no limits, code is amazing and cpu-wise, everything is written so that it works as fastest it can...
if u want to check it out here are few links :

Ahh right, they are close to finish the database structure. Cool. Seriously, I wish the guys success but I can't wait any longer and I have no time to learn enough to become a core dev.
