Any moderators checking in might want to add this somewhere as a Sticky or notice until this gets straightened out. I was unable to reach Oink OR the tracker using Azureus. My torrents just sat there saying "host not found" and I could not even get to the Oink site from my home computer / ISP.
Once I added the IPs listed below to my hosts file all is now fine. There is also a fix listed for Mac, which I have yet to test. Thanks again to Nougat and Lain for their helpful posts~!

If you are running windows, there is a easy way to fix it, for now,
go to C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc, there is a file there called hosts, open it in notepad, then add:
85.17.40.71 oink.me.uk
85.17.40.69 tracker.oink.me.uk
85.17.40.70 irc.oink.me.uk
