- In Xubuntu, videos can be played with the <application>Gxine</application>
- Media Player. Some features of <application>Gxine</application> include
- networking streaming, CD or DVD playback and more. You can start

- The video players available on your Xubuntu system are all capable of playing unencrypted
- DVD. Unfortunately, most DVDs are encrypted with CSS (Content
- Scrambling System). This means that, for legal reasons, it is not possible to
- include native support for these DVDs in Xubuntu. However, it is possible to enable
- support by following these instructions:

- Install the <application>libdvdread3</application> package.

- <keycap>Enter</keycap> key (if asked for a password, enter your user password
- and press the <keycap>Enter</keycap> key):
