On March 26, I received a notice of account closure because "[t]he account has been identified as having used unauthorized game modifications and thus is in violation of the World of Warcraft Terms of Use". Rather than argue the use of modifications, I have emailed you because I believe that the punishment outweighs the precedent. Other people with whom I have spoken have, for the same infraction, been banned for between 3 and 72 hours. So I was wondering what warranted the difference between my case and theirs.
