Young Golfer Gives The Experienced Something to Groan About
Tiger woods eat your heart out. Jack Davis has played golf in scotland, japan, and in the former soviet untion. Last tournament he bested his opponent by more than 19 strokes. started playing golf at age two. He is right handed and has 20:15 vision. Jack Davis most recent competition was in his hometown at the Scotch Plains Fanwood Open. Most recently he has competed in the Scotch Plains Fanwood Open held june 9th. He left with the first place trophy. Davis beat a horde of experienced golfers by a long shot and has a shocking secret. Jack Davis is only 14 years old. What is even more astounding is that he was at least a few decades younger than his experienced opponents and was still able to secure the gold.
Davis parred the first hole along with the second hole. After such a successful start everyones small-talk consisted of making wisecracks such as Davis being young enough to be one of their children. But Davis continued in fast pursuit. He bogeyed the third hole, double-eagled the fourth, and double-bogeyed the fifth. The playful banter stopped and turned into added frustration as the SPF open started to heat up. Davis pressed onward. He shot parred holes six to twelve and shot one under par on hole thirteen. Most consider thirteen an unlucky number but to Davis it meant he was more than halfway closer to the gold. Davis birdied on holes 14-16. Almost at the finish line, Davis wowed onlookers as he parred the last two holes. Another fantastic showing for Davis had landed him his hometown title and a boastful golden trophy.
