sandy: Hi, this is AOP Homeschool Sales and Support, how may I help you?
Josh Powell: Hi sandy... I recently bought Switched on Schoolhouse grade 10 from somebody on eBay and I'm having trouble getting it to work on Vista.
Josh Powell: It's R2.
Josh Powell: V2.2.3.18.. I get an unsupported OS message when trying to install
sandy: Well first of all
sandy: You purchased it illegally and you cannot get support from us because you did
Josh Powell: how is that illegal?
Josh Powell: It's a used copy, yes, but I have all the original disks.
sandy: who did you purchase it from
Josh Powell: their userid was deenewberry
sandy: was it a distributor or just a person selling it?
Josh Powell: just a person I think
sandy: Then it was illegal according to our copyright law a person can legally give it away one time
Josh Powell: and how do you know this wasn't the one time?
sandy: You said you purchased it
Josh Powell: ok..
Josh Powell: can you show me where this is documented on your website or such?
Josh Powell: you still there?
