I will now created a temp solution by creating a big ssl certificated with all vhost domains embedded into one this cert.
I will later set-up the server to become a good firewall and dhcp server but i need to invest time in this.
Than I will remove my current router/dhcp hardware units and let the server take over these functions.
Then I can create a virtual network interface for every vhost and contact my isp to assign external static ip addresses.
After that i wil configure the apache ports.conf file to listen to every virtual-ip:port so there will be save http deamons.
Then I will set-up the ip-based Virtualhost settings of apache.
