Regrettably, we must inform you that we have to adjust the pricing of your rented products.
The reasons are heavily increased costs from our suppliers like electricity and the massive extension of our
infastructure (new uplinks, lines, UPS, routing equipment, wages for more staff members).
Another main reason is the changing behaviour of traffic usage. Our planned mixed calculation does not work out anymore.
As we we don't want to limit our services for our customers in any way (bandwidth and so on) like many other providers we made this decision.
If you book 100Mbit/s or even 10000Mbit/s you should be able to use them at any time.
Our services and costs have changed so we have to make a step forward and also have to change our calculations to be able to give you the best
support and service at high availability.
Our new calculations are fair for every customer if you use your ressources (traffic) in a responsible way. If you use less you pay less. If you need more you pay more.
We think this is a fair solution.
The new offers are split into a base price that includes costs for power, air condition, routing and 200GB traffic.
The other part is the price for the hardware. This changes from server to server.
Most of our old servers have a higher base price than our new offers, because in general old hardware requires more power than newer hardware.
For example a PIV needs nearly twice the power of a Core2Duo system.
On this account and because we know that many customers would like to stay with us we have the following offer for all our existing customers that want to
change to one of our new products:
- 50% discount on your setup fee for the new server
- Free transfer of all done hardware upgrades (HDD, Raid, NIC,...) to your new server
- Free transfer of all your IPs to your new server
- Parallel provision of both servers to transfer data or do backups
If you wish to keep your current server please contact us for a personal offer.
Of course we can provide options like hire-purchase and super price for our old offers.
Your previous contract time will be credited with up to 6 months.

Internal traffic will be free after we have upgraded our routing equipment.
Because of the changed terms and conditions you have a special right of cancellation.

If you would like to keep your currently rented product(s) with our new pricing please contact us through our ticketsystem.
In case none of our new offers fits your needs we would like to inform you about our new Power V-servers that will come up in about 4 weeks.
With warranted RAM and CPU power through Xeon Quad-Core systems with up to 64GB of RAM.
If you are not interested to keep your currently rented server(s) with the new pricing there is nothing to do from your side. Your server(s) will be canceled.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you want to keep your server(s).
