Hi team and Happy Tuesday!
As you all know - my passion is YOU! I came to -Insert Company Here- because I wanted to build an amazingly strong team that put customer interaction and satisfaction above everything else. In the last 6 months - we have all grown together and overcame several bruising hurdles but at the same time growing as individuals and a TEAM! I want you to read, really think and let this story soak in. I want each one of you to be a Johnny. I know that it may sound silly and you may be thinking, "-Ridiculous Manager's Name- is a cheese ball" BUT seriously team, you are THAT good. We WILL be the ones that make the difference! Be confident and proud that your name is on your work every time :) I extremely proud to work @ -Insert Company Here- and stand 100% behind our products and overall company goal. WHY? I believe in every one that works here. Sure, you can still be annoyed when your alarm goes off and you just want 15 more minutes of sleep.... but remember, when you walk in that front door - YOU ARE -Insert Company Here- .
