Further influences of their families are inherited abilities e.g. Bill Gates intelligence or parented traits like ambition to prosper. Both families insisted their chilren to enrich their knowledge and tried to support their abilities, which is shown by their children`s attending colleges and special educations. Both Bill Gates and Donald Trump were described as energetic and ambitious to succeed their high aimed goals, which seems to be a key fact in the way to success, which is expressed in the pensum and scale they worked at. Albeit you have to differentiate the importance of theit families financial wealth since Donald Trump joined his father`s company obtaining 200 million dollar fortune he used to invest and Bill Gates company was self-financing, one can say that the wealth of their families provided them opportunities to evolve regarding Bill Gates opportunity to enroll the expensive Lakeside school, which introduced him to computers and important persons, such as Paul Allen, providing his development. Another important point of their success nowadays is probably their early contact to their work and first insights into the business, which provided Microsoft`s developement due to their experiences within an unexperienced market. In addtion to their early interaction within their sectors, the support Bill Gates and Donald Trumps received by their parents i.e. legal advice in case of Bill Gates or the introduction or rather instruction of the real-estate business in case of Donald Trump. Another pattern of success expresses oneself in the right point of time in which both of them started their businesses hence the real-estate market was good in the 1980s and the computer business was about to increase due to the innovation of personal computers and the commodity. Due to their role as precursors concerning their sectors i.e. software and luxury estates, they were able to strengthen their market position. Likewise both Bill Gates and Donald Trump often stated drive and instincts to interpret the market and the future development are common fundamentals, which provided their companies growth and success. Expanding their businesses or rather products are another aspect within their careers, which increased their fortune dramatically. Even if you have to consider that the outcomes of my comparison only display what I wanted to show and the sectors the two are working in is not absolutly comparable, you can see that there exist patterns in their success.
