Not sure if it's the right forum, but I suppose here would be most appropriate considering the Axis lurkers reading and supporting all of these unreasonable changes here.
I've been playing CoH for a while as an Axis player. Yes, I too once thought the Allies were imba beyond belief. The truth is, Relic has done a superb job at making sure that the game is balanced. The only reason as to why you are losing to the Allies is due to a faulty or otherwise ineffective strategy.
After having drastically re-shaped my early-game strategy, I came to the realization that the game is infact balanced. The fact is that the Axis' strength lies in their ability to establish highly effective killzones. A talented Axis player should be able to move swiftly, cut off Allied advance as soon as possible, and establish a killzone/forward defenses so as to ensure that any attempts to advance from an Allied player's base are all but impossible. Such a strategy addresses MANY of the concerns regarding supposed "balance issues", as if you manage to push the enemy back and hold the line, your enemy will not have time neither resources to acquire such powerful and supposedly "imbalanced" units.
The Axis' most powerful weapon is the MG42 and its bunker counterpart. Recruitable from the moment you build your WQ for a mere 260 MP, the MG42 can suppress enemy infantry and prevent enemy advance if deployed correctly, allowing your other infantry units to mop up the rest of the suppressed/pinned Riflemen/inf squads. Rifle spam? No, not really. Just a huge mass of dead bodies outside the Allied player's base.
I highly suggest that all Axis players review their strategy and find the fault in their current method of gameplay which is leading to such unreasonable conclusions that the Panther is underpowered (I have taken out three Shermans with a Panther), and that the Sherman is the ultimate tank in the game.
If you have any problems with my statements in this thread, feel free to post, but I will not accept nublet spam.
