For targeting in the proxy sites that we were discussing, if they can get put the URL of the page the user wanted to visit and that they are displaying below their header in the URL they have in the address bar, than we could use that for contextual matching. Something like the following:
http://www.usatunnel.com/index.php/010110A/687474702s7777772r6q617463682r636s6q2s?u=www.match.com
Another option would be for us to send them a different tag for each of our categories. They would need to have a mapping of our categories to the various domains/URLs their users enter and then display the tag of ours for the category that maps best to the URL the user wants to visit.
