Jesus was doing the rounds of Paradise one day, to make sure that everything was running smoothly. As he passed by the pearly gates, dodging the millions that were coming in, St Peter called him over: "Jesus, do you mind keeping an eye on the gate for a mo, while I nip off for a sec?" he said. Jesus with sympathy told him that this was not a problem, and he sat there watching all the good people coming into paradise! Then he noticed an old man, with white long hair and a shining long white beard, who looked slightly lost.
He approached the old man and asked him if he was ok, or did he need any help. The old man replied with a shaky wizened voice " That is ok, my child, I am just looking for my son" Jesus smiled kindly at him but said: " That may be difficult as there are millions within this kingdom, and you will find it hard to locate him" "That is not a problem, I will recognize him by the holes in his hands" replied the old man. Jesus was stunned with happiness as he raised his hands to the old man showing his stigmata and saying: "Father!!!!!" The Old man looked on in sheer happiness and replied: "PINOCHIO!!!!!"
