what I am trying to accomplish is this: I want to redirect this page:

http://goodcleanemail.com/ActiveKB/index.php?ToDo=view&questId=27&catId=4
to this page:

http://joomla.goodcleanemail.com/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=13&Itemid=1

so in reading rewrite you have to capture the "ID" for both and redirect that way and its not working. let me show you the code:

so I made a test.php with the code and I tried this:

http://goodcleanemail.com/ActiveKB/test.php?ToDo=view&questId=27&catId=4

but it takes you to

http://joomla.goodcleanemail.com/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=

seee the ID at the end? Its not there
