“An Ode to Charzard”
Noah Brunner
With your long red tail,
with tip aflame,
you have no scales,
yet you're a dragon all the same.
You open your mouth and let fire gush,
causing our foes to the Pokécenter rush,
your flame burns everything in its path,
whist in our victory we stand and laugh.
You let loose a mighty attack from the sky,
causing even the toughest trainers to cry.
Not even Blastoise can extinguish your flame,
a battle without you could never be the same.
