Hi I am going to install SUSE Linux 10 and right now I am runnin MS Windows 2000 PRO and on there I have just reinstalled the main C drive (80GB) To a 12GB Partition (FAT32) and I have another HDD that is 40GB (witch is NTFS now but later on I am going to format it as ReiserFS) And when I install SUSE Linux the rest of the 80GB drive will be ReiserFS System

Now the question I have is: I have a Defragmenting program called Diskeeper 10 Profesional Premier installed (www.diskeeper.com) and it defragments automaticaly in MS Windows and there is a Diskeeper Boot-Time Defragmentation feature.

Is it safe to use the Diskeeper Boot-Time Defragmentation feature or any other feature when you have MS Windows 2000 PRO and SUSE Linux Boot up on the main C drive?

Thanks! in advance.
