1. take input
2. remove all signs like . , - ? 
3. convert everything to upper or lowercase
4. do something with the string to turn it into some datatype that i dont know much about
5. iterate over each letter and:
5b compare it to each letter in an alphabetical list... if theres a match:
5c look at the corresponding morse chunk
6 continue as long as there are letters
