Overdue accounts subject to a service charge of 1.5% per month. 90 day past due accounts will be temporary disabled until balance is paid in full a reactivation fee of *current monthly fee* applies. Bandwidth Overages are charged at one dollar ($1.00) per Gigabyte over limit (Notications will be sent before the limit is reached (less than 1% of customer base goes over limit)). Uptime in 2006 was 99.9% and so far in 2007 we are at 100% uptime. Credits issued for down time are formulated as (# of days divided my monthly fee).
