My Senior Year
I will never forget my senior year at John Overton High School. I had many friends and I never dislike anyone. I was involved in a sport while I was in high school. I always like my teachers but sometimes they annoyed me.
While in high school I had many friends and most of them were cousins. I will never forget my friends in my senior class. We had good times. We went to football games, basketball games, and sometimes to baseball games together. We had our differences at times by kept it cool so we could graduate.
One sport that I enjoyed doing most was wrestling that I started my Freshen year. Coach Gabe encouraged me to wrestle until I graduated. Even though I did not start my freshmen, sophomore, junior, and senior year, I qualified for state. My junior year I placed second, sophomore and senior year I placed third.
One thing that I will remember at Overton High School is my wonderful and encouraging teachers. I liked all of my teachers, but I sometimes disagreed with them because they gave out too much homework and class work. Although, I usually did my work because my teachers encouraged and lectured me so I could graduate. Now in a week I will walk across the stage thanks to my teachers. My teachers taught me many things, and one day I will thank them.
My senior year was a time of my life that I will never forget. I had good times with my friends, liked and enjoyed the wrestling team and sport, and last but not least, my teachers that taught me too much to know. One in specific, Coach Reed.
