1) The system is set up that you set up your own pricing schemes (this the rate plan section). You have to set up what you want the plan to be. (We do this so you have full control of what you bill your clients). You can set up different plans for different clients so you can charge different prices by the customer. (For instance you can set that customer A gets rate plan 1, customers B, C and D get rate plan 2 and customer E gets rate plan 3).
2) You make money based on what ever you set the rate plan to be. You can set up a default markup of say 40% so you will charge your clients 40% over what we charge you. You can also set specific prices. So for instance you can set the default mark up for outgoing calls to be 40% and if they call to the US to charge them $0.02.
3) We do not offer any unlimited plans. Again this is something that you can offer your clients however we will still bill you by the minute.
4) Any hardware that you use you will need to obtain yourself.
5) Please define link. One you have your rate plan we can give you a URL for automatic sign up so your clients can sign up automatically. We also have some HTML code that we can give you so that your clients can login on your site and then see our portal as opposed to having them go to www.mypbxmanager.net or www.flatplanetphone.net.
6) At the moment there is no minimum. There is only a yearly fee of $200.00
7) You can see all our pricing by logging in to our portal. Click on Reports and then on View Rate Plan. We have E911 integration and we will be offering it shortly.
8) All the customer service is done on your end. The system is set up to completely white label. As far as your customer knows you are the phone company. He does not have to know that we even exist. We can help you with training on how to use the system.
