Hi Im trying to find a new host for my website. My message boards were hacked a while back and all the sections and messages were deleted. I contact support to have the databases restored but they responded that mine were corrupt. After further investigation the good backups were overwritten by a backup that was corrupt, so it was lost.
How do you guys handle backups of databases? Like do you do the same as they do and over write them all automatically, or do you keep separate backups and then rid of an older one when a new one is made?
