This is a simple project for a sophisticated PHP programmer. I WILL GIVE A 35% BONUS IF THIS CAN BE COMPLETED IN 4 DAYS.
I have beta testers who I have to now manually enter their contact information into our system. I want to simplify this process.
Here's how it should work...
The user comes to the system. They visit a signup form where they enter various contact information items. The backend will enter their names into a MySQL database and allow me to view all of the folks who signed up.
Then after each user sends in their NDA, I should be able to click a checkmark next to each user and send them the download instructions for the beta test. The backend should then mark in some way that the beta tester is a full user.
Here's the items we need:
1) a main page that visitors will be introduced to the software they'll be beta-testing
2) a signup page where people enter contact information
3) a confirmation page
4) a complete, password-protected backend for me to administer beta-testers.
