Dear Sir/Madam,
I am responding to your advertisement regarding "young talents to work for leading US company". What has caught my attention was the following heading:
"Would you like to work for Microsoft or Google in a few years? Start now working for Progressys with a team of former Microsoft programmers from Redmond headquarters"
You may wonder why this has caught my attention. I'm searching for a really cool place to work and, unfortunately all I find are some corporate cubicles. Now, I've hopefully found a place where I can add some value and where I can learn from my workmates. After all, even if Microsoft's products aren't perfect they are renowned for the way they develop software. Other companies may be developing software in an ad-hoc way, but Microsoft knows how to create a good working environment; starting with the way the teams are formed and ending with the software tools for version control and bug management. The same applies for Google, which defies classic corporate hierarchies and relays on micro-teams and consensus, instead of dictatorship.
So, if your company matches this profile and you are looking for a person who's passionate and enthusiastic you have found the man. If not, please delete this message.
