WHEREAS since this vote Stephanie Daugherty, the one dissenting board member has sought by active resistance to undermine and nullify this system of governance
WHEREAS repeated acts, private and public discussions have been had with this board member
WHEREAS even with these discussion of the members actions the behavior has not improved.
I submit a motion such that by this a censure shall be in effect for the aforementioned councilmembers's egregious actions.
This vote shall have no effect on the councilmembers duties to the council, their ability to vote, their access to systems, or in any way to restrict their day to day interaction to the group.
With this said, this vote shall have the action of clearly stating that this group (the SOSDG) does not agree with and in the strongest terms condemns the actions of Council Member Stephany Daugherty.
