Ross: Im not getting any TV channels when I try to scan

Ross: yes. i cant go back now either, my graphics card and mobo work work with XP
Elisson: Which Pinnacle software are you running?
Ross: the newest one, tv center 4.7 or something.... downloaded off your site because the one on the CD didnt work
Ross: 4.70.1426
Elisson: Is it the Vista version?
Ross: yes

Ross: thats correct

Ross: when i bought the product it said it was certified for windows vista....

Ross: yeah, thats not what it said on the site or on the box. Just 'certified for vista'. perhaps you should update the site to what actually works at the moment
