Tracie;
I do realize that email is very important. When your email is down, my email is down as well. We have a very large internet presence and we host many clients that have even more important clients than ourselves. After all, my company is based strictly off of the internet. However, network outages do occur and problems do arise that are sometimes beyond my control. I could not answer your call this morning as I was on the phone with our datacenter in Chicago. I do generally try to sleep now and then and it's normally about this time. I'm sorry that your email was down -- yes, we have been having more problems lately than normal and I can assure you it will not be ongoing. We recently upgraded/moved all existing customers to a new web server. It should have been a smooth move, but there was a bug in the server software we changed to causing there to be problems in mail. That was fixed yesterday afternoon. Tonight we had a DoS (Denial of Service) attack on our network causing there to be an outage on our entire network. I don't expect there to be any more problems, but things do happen that are beyond my control. We will be upgrading our switch possibly tonight or over this week sometime so there will be another brief downtime of 5-10 minutes to get that changed. Again, it's an upgrade I can't avoid and must be done. If this is not satisfactory, I apologize but there is nothing more I can do for you. I do the best I can to keep things going with the recent problems that have been occurring.
