Not sure what you mean by this.... you mean let the use shoose their "home"? You can make the home dynamic to thr point of changing what they see at the start, but thats server-side.

Not a "normal" directory, these are only phone specific. For corporate I woul sy make a microbrowser "click-to-call" page.

When you say "forms", are you referring to the Microbrowser? That is the only thin you have real control over. There is no skinning soft-keys, etc really.
