In reply to above post Stalker is a hard working man who does all work in background mostly by himself but also has other people apart from himself inside root & also available in tickets & irc channel for help.
Our hosting company is covered from both side of the globe so we get 24/7 support & do our best to help those that need help asap.
We do deal with tickets 1st before irc as our company is website based.
But I personally am available in irc channel to help at least 12 hours a day if not more.
